We’re looking for a Marketing Director who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution; someone who can drive digital strategy, capture attention through inventive, boutique-style initiatives tailored to stand out, and consistently deliver high-quality MQLs that fuel growth. This role demands both analytical precision and creative hustle to ensure Accurate Append dominates visibility when our prospects are searching for solutions.


Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Lead Growth

  • Build and execute an integrated marketing plan focused on driving MQL growth across inbound, outbound, and event channels.

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and retargeting platforms to achieve defined CPL and ROI targets.

  • Own the SEO strategy to secure top search rankings and increase organic lead volume.

  • Plan and coordinate conference and event participation to maximize lead capture and brand visibility.

Brand & Product Marketing

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and market perception.

  • Partner with leadership to define key product marketing messages that clearly communicate our value to target audiences.

  • Partner with Sales to design outbound campaigns, including cold outreach sequences using Instantly or similar tools.

Content & Conversion

  • Oversee creation of high-performing content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and sales enablement materials that convert leads and support Sales.

  • Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate improvement, using A/B testing where applicable.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance across all channels using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools; report results monthly with clear recommendations for improvement.

  • Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channels based on data-driven insights.


Requirements

Experience & Leadership

  • 5+ years in digital marketing; at least 2+ years in a leadership or director-level role.

  • Proven track record of generating high-quality MQLs and driving measurable revenue impact through marketing campaigns.

  • B2B marketing experience preferred; data industry experience is a strong plus.

Digital & Demand Generation Expertise

  • Strong skills in online advertising, SEO, email marketing, and inbound lead generation.

  • Experience with guerrilla marketing—scrappy, creative, and budget-efficient campaigns that cut through industry noise.

  • Demonstrated creativity in brand and product marketing, with the ability to craft campaigns that elevate market perception and drive engagement.

  • Familiarity with cold outreach platforms such as Instantly or similar tools.

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign execution, lead tracking, and marketing automation.

  • Skilled in campaign analytics, performance reporting, and data-driven decision making.

  • Hands-on ability to update websites and build landing pages using WordPress, Unbounce, or Webflow.

Content & Creative Abilities

  • Ability to develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including sales decks, email templates, one-pagers, and outreach sequences.

  • Creative and visual storytelling skills; experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner closely with Sales on outbound strategy and messaging alignment.

  • Prioritize cross-functional collaboration and balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
