Chris Nichols

President & Founder

Chris has over 20 years experience in the data industry and, in 1994, started Digital Research which was a privately held company that provided public records and investigative information to attorneys, private investigators and other licensed professionals. In 1999 Chris co-founded where he designed and built parts of’s business model, data warehouses and search systems. After a tenure at Chris started Accurate Append.

Jimmy Zimmerman

Chief Technologist & Partner

Jimmy has over twenty years of experience in software engineering and spent the last ten years as a senior technology architect for Microsoft before joining Accurate Append. Along the way Jimmy has worked for large players in the data space including Realty Plus Online, First American Real Estate Solutions, Intel Corp, and others. He specializes in designing services infrastructure, distributed computing solutions, and object modeling.

Shawn Smith

General Manager

Shawn has 20 years of experience leading customer-focused teams to drive profitability and growth within diverse marketplaces including SaaS, ERP, Cloud, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Banking/ Finance/ Insurance, non-profits, and CRE. Before joining Accurate Append, Shawn focused on driving value in technology organizations through strategic planning utilizing data-driven insights and key operational initiatives that delivered lasting monetary value to all shareholders.

He’s talented at getting to the root of his clients needs providing them with the tools and data to perform.

Andy Anthony

Senior Account Executive

Andy joined Accurate Append in 2019 following 21 years in the data infrastructure and construction business. After 16 years as a business owner leading Business Development and Operations, he welcomed the opportunity for a fresh start in the fast-growing data business with an industry leader. He’s committed to listen to, learn from, and understand each client’s requirements to connect them with Accurate Append’s best data.

Todd has over 20 years of sales and account management, specializing in direct client communication to achieve optimal solutions for your success. With a background in telecom and technology sales, Todd is an active listener, recognizing the specific needs tailored to an individual or team, no matter the industry.

Susie brings 25 years of experience supporting sales and marketing teams in multiple industries. Prior to joining Accurate Append, Susie put her talents to work in the real estate, mortgage lending, and local media industries.

Olivier Arbey

Senior Software Engineer

Olivier joined Accurate Append in 2022 with over twenty years of software engineering experience in search, data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics, telecommunications, enterprise applications and advanced solutions. Olivier brings strong experience from previously working at Microsoft, Nordstrom and Avaya in cloud-based scalable solutions, identity management, messaging, and real-time systems.
