Meet the Team

Chris Nichols
President & Founder
Chris has over 20 years experience in the data industry and, in 1994, started Digital Research which was a privately held company that provided public records and investigative information to attorneys, private investigators and other licensed professionals. In 1999 Chris co-founded PeopleFinders.com where he designed and built parts of PeopleFinders.com’s business model, data warehouses and search systems. After a tenure at PeopleFinders.com Chris started Accurate Append.

Jimmy Zimmerman
Chief Technologist & Partner
Jimmy has over twenty years of experience in software engineering and spent the last ten years as a senior technology architect for Microsoft before joining Accurate Append. Along the way Jimmy has worked for large players in the data space including Realty Plus Online, First American Real Estate Solutions, Intel Corp, and others. He specializes in designing services infrastructure, distributed computing solutions, and object modeling.

Andy Anthony
Sales Manager
Andy joined Accurate Append in 2019 following 21 years in the data infrastructure and construction business. After 16 years as a business owner leading Business Development and Operations, he welcomed the opportunity for a fresh start in the fast-growing data business with an industry leader. He’s committed to listen to, learn from, and understand each client’s requirements to connect them with Accurate Append’s best data.

Susie Stoltz
Sales Support Manager
Susie brings 25 years of experience supporting sales and marketing teams in multiple industries. Prior to joining Accurate Append, Susie put her talents to work in the real estate, mortgage lending, and local media industries.

Todd has over 20 years of sales and account management, specializing in direct client communication to achieve optimal solutions for your success. With a background in telecom and technology sales, Todd is an active listener, recognizing the specific needs tailored to an individual or team, no matter the industry.

Megan Saupp
Business Development Representative
For more than two decades Megan has worked in new business development and marketing. Megan’s desire to learn about a client’s need for growth and her natural tendency to help others make Megan an excellent asset to the Accurate Append team. Championing the growth of several CRMs and pipelines, Megan is no stranger to the append process from a client’s perspective, understanding the importance of fast and reliable data returns. She enjoys connecting with each prospect and building honest and equitable long-term relationships.

Olivier Arbey
Senior Software Engineer
Olivier joined Accurate Append in 2022 with over twenty years of software engineering experience in search, data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics, telecommunications, enterprise applications and advanced solutions. Olivier brings strong experience from previously working at Microsoft, Nordstrom and Avaya in cloud-based scalable solutions, identity management, messaging, and real-time systems.

Aimee Poquiz
Customer Service Representative
Aimee has an accumulative 10 years of experience in providing excellent customer service. This has progressed through a variety of sales positions and a background experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Technology and Management. She is committed to helping customers and working as a support team member.
