Position: Outbound Sales Account Executive – Data Append & Enrichment

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

We are expanding our team and seeking high-performing, motivated Account Executives to drive outbound sales. Responsibilities:  

• Prospect, identify, and engage with potential customers through outbound outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Execute structured outbound sales strategies to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new prospects, presenting solutions that align with their business needs.
• Create personalized email campaigns and leverage LinkedIn outreach to engage with key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales process from outreach to close, including follow-ups, demos, negotiations, and contract management.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM to track activities, progress, and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and smooth onboarding after the sale.

Qualifications:  

• Previous sales experience required; data, SaaS, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success in outbound sales with a hunter mentality – fearless in pursuing new business.
• Advanced outbound outreach skills, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to follow a sales process and stay organized across multiple accounts and leads.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy pipeline efficiently.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present solutions clearly and effectively using Value-Based Selling.
• Comfortable working in a remote, goal-oriented, fast-paced environment with minimum travel.
• Familiarity with using CRM tools for tracking outreach and managing opportunities.
• The position requires high energy and active engagement while delivering presentations and conducting meetings through Microsoft Teams.
